Angel was brought to me emaciated and only 4 lbs. She was found on the side of the road when she was only one week old. She was kept with someone for two weeks and did not eat. She was than given to someone else for two weeks and did not eat. They did not know she was not eating because she was in with other puppies. When I got her she was on deaths door. After teaching her how to eat and drink she is now a healthy 18 week old happy puppy. Butch is around 40 to 45 lbs and approximately 1 year old.  He is a pointer mix, but we don't know what the "mix" is!  His family was bringing him to the shelter because they did not have time for him.  They adopted him in June from the same shelter they were walking into when I saw them.   This great all around boy is good with other dogs and likes kids .He is crate trained and likes to ride in a car.  Butch would do best in a home with a fenced in yard, where he can run and play and work off some youthful energy!!  Butch is up to date on his shots and is neutered. Jack and Jill have been together all their lives,and are possibly littermates.  They are 7 years old.  They were tied out on a dog run and a plastic doghouse with no bedding. They are bonded and they both are social and love to be in the house under blankets.They are around 8 lbs. and fully vetted and microchiped. They are house and crate trained. ORIGINAL BIO-     What better way to keep warm on these crisp fall days than with a litte Latte!  This little pug/mystery mix is a VERY friendly girl.  She is up-to-date on all her vaccines and will be spayed soon.  She is estimated to be 4-5 years, and loves to be the center of everyone's attention.  The jury is still out on her heritage; she is definitely half pug and has the short stubby legs and long body of a Pekingnese but the coloring and tail of a Beagle.  She could quite possibly be a mix of all three.  One thing is for sure -- this blended lady is a wonderful girl with all the pug qualities that we all love so much.  Latte also gets along with other dogs and is working on her house manners.  If you are interested in adopting Latte, be sure to fill out an application and ask for her by name.

I am a 2 yr. old male Chihuahua sentenced to the gas chamber. Why, I don't know. I am blind,  I was infested with fleas, had intesinal parasites and I was emaciated when found on the side of the road fending for myself.   When anyone tried to handle me I bit them because I felt so bad.... so, off to the shelter to be gassed I went!!!!. I was rescued and was brought right to the vet to be neutered and brought up to date on my vaccines. My rescue mom wormed me and got rid of the bad boys in my intestines. She also got rid of all the fleas. I am being fed well to put weight on me. I love my rescue mom and I do not bite anymore.
