Also visit with our many Rescue Groups, great animal friendly vendors, participate in a cake walk, enter your pet in the various contests, and visit with our HHS dogs up for adoption. Come spend the afternoon with us for food, fun, activities, drawings, and support a great cause at the same time

NOTES: This will be the 17th year of this popular event As in past years, this family event will include a canine disc competition, displays and sales of canine-related products, a Rabies Shot Clinic, and festival foods. The public is invited to bring their dogs, join the competitions, and enjoy the displays and activities. This is a family-oriented event in an alcohol-free environment, free and open to the public, with plenty of onsite parking. Estimated attendance is 4,000 people.

NOTES: The four-hour event is packed with a variety of activities that include the Great American Disc Dog Show, police and bomb dog demonstrations, tail wagging and dog costume contests, demonstrations by local rescue groups, music and, of course, the actual Dog Walk which featured nearly 400 registered walkers and their canine companions in 2007.
